Don’t panic, Kalisign will show you the way!

At Kalisign, we make sure that each project is carefully packaged to guarantee the proper delivery of your package. Therefore, your sign is meticulously wrapped and secured inside a custom-made box.
However, if you notice any anomaly upon receipt of your package, here are the steps to follow.

Step 1 : the report

We advise you to observe the condition of the package upon receipt in the presence of the deliveryman. If you notice any damage, ask him to indicate a “ Damage Report ” indicating the location and nature of the damage.

Step 2: the outside of the box

If you can see any damage on the outside of the box, take photos of it. We need evidence to support your claim. Reminder: the shipping document on the crate must be visible to prove the origin of the order.

Step 3: the inside of the box

Again, when unpacking, take photos of any internal damage, such as damage to the cushioning foam.

Step 4: the good

Finally, photograph the potentially damaged goods, preferably inside the parcel.
In the event of any damage, we advise you keep the shipping crate so you can return the damaged product.

Please note!

We only have 7 days from delivery to make a complaint to the carrier. If we are not informed of damage prior to this time we will have no way to help with a claim. Please let us know as soon as possible.

We make it a point to offer you the best possible experience and products. Please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help you.
